1. Notices

This Usage Agreement and other provisions are published by TradViz.com. In order to receive information services, the user of the service (hereinafter referred to as the User) shall agree to all the terms of the Agreement and complete the entire registration process in accordance with the instructions on the web page. The User shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of the Agreement by clicking the "Agree" button during registration.

TradViz.com may update the terms of the Agreement at any time and publish the revised terms on the relevant web page. Website Maintenance/Network Congestion

Due to network bandwidth limitations, in the event of network congestion, Users may not be able to access the TradViz.com website for a short period of time. Force Majeure

The User agrees to protect the interests of TradViz.com and other Users. The User shall be liable for any damages caused to TradViz.com and any third party by the User's violation of relevant laws, regulations or the terms of this Agreement.

10. Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply to the signing and fulfillment of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes.

In the event of any dispute between the two parties over the content or fulfillment of this Agreement, the parties shall first resolve the dispute through friendly consultation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit to the China Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

11. Notification and Delivery

All notices under this Agreement may be served by means of an important page notice, e-mail or letter. Such notices shall be deemed to have reached the addressee from the date of dispatch.

12. Other Regulations

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Engagement and related matters. Except as provided herein, this Agreement confers no other rights on the parties.

If any provision of this Agreement is for any reason invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
